Angel's Game - Carlos Ruiz Zafon (Damn borrowed comp doesn't have Spanish keyboard activated. Second one from the author of The Shadow of the Wind. Lovely! Not as Gothic though.)
Guns, Germs and Steel - Jared Diamond (Alas had to stop halfway and leave it in Delhi with the Dragon)
The Origin of Wealth - Eric D. Beinhocker (Gift from the Great White Chief on his last visit, and might actually manage to help me understand finance!)
The Ascent of Money - Niall Ferguson. (Did I spell his name right?) (Beautifully written, but always loses me on the cusp of important things like bonds. Sigh.)
